3-Minute Fudge


Butter a square pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal of the set fudge. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe 2-quart bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and let it sit for 1 minute, then stir to combine. If the chocolate hasn’t fully melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds, then stir until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Stir in the vanilla extract until well blended.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Allow the fudge to cool completely before cutting it into 1-inch squares. To speed up the setting, place the pan in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Store the fudge in an airtight container. It does not need to be refrigerated.
