1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the warmed milk, condensed milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place it in a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
7. Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes, until it rises just above the rim.
8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the top with milk for a golden crust.
9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
10. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
