1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

2. Add warm milk, egg, and butter. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

3. Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours, until doubled in size.

4. Divide into equal portions, shape into balls, and place on a baking tray.

5. Proof again for 30–40 minutes.

6. Brush tops with milk (or egg wash) and sprinkle sesame seeds.

7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.

8. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
