Flourless Oat & Chia Bread: Healthy, Gluten-Free, and Easy!

1. Soak Chia Seeds

  • In a bowl, mix chia seeds and water. Let sit for 10 mins until gel-like.

2. Blend the Oats

  • Pulse oats in a blender until fine (like flour).

  • Add baking powder and salt, blend briefly.

3. Mix & Rest

  • Combine chia gel and oat flour in a bowl. Stir well.

  • Let batter rest for 5 mins to thicken.

4. Bake

  • Pour into a lined loaf pan.

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 mins until firm.

5. Cool & Slice!

  • Cool 1 hour before slicing (for best texture).
