Test Kitchen Tips
We turned our pork chops every 5 minutes, and in our oven they were done in about 20-25 minutes.

1In a medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.

2Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place the chops on the broiler tray. Lightly season with salt and pepper.

3Brush each chop with the sauce to coat.

4Make sure the oven rack is about two notches down from the top. Place the chops in the oven and broil about 5 minutes. Baste. Broil another 5 minutes; turn the chop and baste again. Keep turning and basting until the chops are cooked. Mine were thick and took about 20 minutes on each side, though they may not take as long for a thinner chop.
Remember to baste liberally and often. These are delicious chops. I hope you try them. The sauce would be great on chicken, also.
