honey garlic boneless chops

 Test Kitchen Tips
We turned our pork chops every 5 minutes, and in our oven they were done in about 20-25 minutes.
    • Ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic stirred together in a bowl.
      1

In a medium bowl, stir together the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
    • Seasoned pork chops on the broiler tray.
      2

Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place the chops on the broiler tray. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Brushing sauce on the pork chops.
    3

Brush each chop with the sauce to coat.
  • Broiling the pork chops.
    4

Make sure the oven rack is about two notches down from the top. Place the chops in the oven and broil about 5 minutes. Baste. Broil another 5 minutes; turn the chop and baste again. Keep turning and basting until the chops are cooked. Mine were thick and took about 20 minutes on each side, though they may not take as long for a thinner chop.

Remember to baste liberally and often. These are delicious chops. I hope you try them. The sauce would be great on chicken, also.
